The entire home with a huge great room and very open concept.  With three king beds and a wraparound porch. The other property (lower level) can add 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The whole Cape Cod rental with both upper and lower floor can accommodate up to 13 people total. No inside connection to the lower level. A 50 amp plug is available for charging electrical vehicles and Tesla’s. Brand new air-conditioning hardwood floors and tile throughout. Also although we have always prided our self on being exceptionally clean we are now doing ozonation treatment between all guests as an added level of precaution.

Great spot for Perry and Spire to rent by the week special Nov-April.
